Drowning the stream

Full-length play

A play written in stream of consciousness, it takes the audience inside the mind of a man in crisis. As Charlie tries to escape into his past, he must either accept the truth, or be lost. During his journey, he relives conversations, sometimes changing them to how he wishes they had gone, and he is bombarded by passing thoughts from his memory.

Drowning the Stream had its world premiere on March 7-9 & March 14-16, 2019, produced by Harlequin Productions of Cayuga Community College in Auburn, New York at the Irene A. Bisgrove Theatre.

They created a beautiful poster for the production. I have it hanging in my bedroom.

These are photos of the production.

I actually submitted this play to this theater nearly seven years before they selected it for production.

Drowning the Stream also had a reading at Colorado Free University on Dec. 7, 2005.
